Service Appointments

When you schedule a service appointment, you agree to be present or have an authorized adult present at the service location. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Pricing and Payment

We provide upfront pricing for all services. Payment terms include:

• Estimates are provided before work begins
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
• Financing options available for qualifying customers

Warranties

Our workmanship is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts as specified by the manufacturer. Extended warranty options may be available for new installations.

Limitation of Liability

Pro-Tech Heating & Air Conditioning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled appointment at any time. However, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time slot to other customers. There is no cancellation fee for standard service appointments.
